Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50-75 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Cash is preferred, but we do accept, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Checks, and Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
No, We trust that the reservation will be honored. If you need to cancel, please let us know ASAP
Most of our jumps/moonwalks are 15ft x15ft which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each bounce house(listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can’t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the moonwalk. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on on sand or any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
The bigger the better. on smaller units (regual moonwalks) 32″, but bigger unit do require the standard 36″ door opening
Yes, but we normally deliver with 15- 20 miles from Pearland, Texas
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Weather in Pearland, Friendswood and surrounding cities.
We understand the inconvenience of canceling equipment rentals due to weather, but, when temperatures are consistently below 70 degrees, we cannot set up wet units. If there is a greater than 40% chance of rain and temperatures are below 65 degrees Fahrenheit, we reserve the right to cancel the setup to prevent equipment mildew. While we prefer to wait as long as possible before canceling, we recommend having a backup plan in case of inclement weather.
For safety reasons, we do not set up in high winds. Winds of 15 mph or less are tolerable, but we will not set up if gusts exceed 15 mph; gusts close to 20 mph are very questionable. We make the final call on weather-related setups, particularly regarding wind conditions. Please understand that we do not cancel unnecessarily and rely on weather forecasts and our drivers to make determinations for the safety of your family, guests, and our equipment.
